The iron welcomes you in to our Torque Barbell Club. After years of running our adult program as an affiliate, we found a common thread: not everyone wants to do high-intensity interval training but everyone loves being in our community. Over the last 6 years we’ve built a community based around health, fitness and striving to be a better version of ourselves mentally and physically than we were the day before. Our programming takes individuals through rehabilitation practices to building our optimal strength based of each individual’s goals. Whether is running in marathons, getting off chronic health meds or just wanting to feel and even look good, our Torque Barbell Club welcomes you in. This isn’t just your standard boot camp, cardio class. We program to change you, improve you and boost your confidence in your abilities. So only join our club if you’re ready to change your life for the long haul, our barbell club is a family you will never want to leave!

GROUP CLASSES

We focus on creating functional fitness-based workouts that prepare you for all of life’s demands, while cultivating a positive mindset for each individual. Our goal is for you to get fit, have fun, stay safe, and enjoy the best hour of your day!

BEGINNER BARBELL

Beginner Barbell is a program for anyone and everyone looking to learn the basics of lifting in a stress-free and welcoming environment. Together we will bust through the myths of lifting, enhance our functional fitness, and prepare our bodies from the inside out for all of life’s demands.

CARDIO & CORE

In a crunch for time? Our Cardio & Core morning classes offer you a heart-pumping, core-focused workout in less than 30 minutes. Included with a Torque Barbell Club membership and also available as a stand-alone program.

TORQUE BITES

We are serious about fueling our bodies and we want to help you do the same with our Torque Bites program. We offer nutrition counseling, meal planning, and more. Join our email list to get started now.
